Exposed To Corporate Organizational Charts

If there is one thing that I am familiar with and I am exposed to, it is Corporate Organizational Chart. The company where I have worked for before underwent thru dozens and dozens of organizational changes such as reorganization, mergers, and others. Aside from the charts itself, we also have to manage the morale of the employees as we cannot let them feel bad when they are transferred to another position (compulsary) or when they have been demoted.
I remember there was a time when an employee spilled all his problems, his problems with regards to the department that he is in and even his personal problems. That was during my lunch break but I knew that I had to listen and console him because that is part of my job.
