Water Coolers at Work

I am a human resources representative for a small company. An important part of my job is making sure that everyone that works here remains happy. We recently began to offer free water for our employees using water coolers. The employees really love this as the water is always cold and readily available. It is cheaper for them to get their water here than to purchase bottled water and bring it in. This also has a positive impact on the environment since our employees do not use bottled water as frequently, now they use refillable bottles and the water from our coolers.
