How to release equity

Well, my old rabbi used to come up with the wisest decisions. They were so wise on the whole that every one in the neighbourhood used to go see him for advice because he was renowned for a good bit of admonition now and then. So, when my mother wanted to release equity, naturally she went to go see him for advice. Deciding upon whether to release equity was the hardest part of the whole process. When I look back at it now, the actual steps to release equity was very easy compared to the decision making process. Who’d have thought it would be so easy to release equity.
