When you purchase dental software for your business it isn’t enough that you are receiving a great software package but you still need a great support team. While you are going through your first couple of days of using your new dental software, you may have several questions that arise. Best thing to do is write down any of your questions that do not require immediate answers. It may be easier for your support group to receive several questions and come back in person to answer all of them. Of course, you should not hesitate to call the support line to get any questions answered immediately that would keep you from performing your tasks in the office.
