Quit Smoking

With the new year approaching, a lot people are going to quit smoking once and for all.  It is one of the most deadilest habits, and yet it is one of the hardest habits to quit.  It is amazing how some people can easily quity while others struggle with it for years and never really quit.  There is no doubt that it will negatively affect your health, especially in your later years.  Smoking can lead to many deadly lung diseases and disorders.  If you don’t have healthly lungs then your chances of living a long healthly life are very limited.
