My sister changed her eating habits to lose 10 pounds.

My sister told me recently that she wanted to lose 10 pounds. She has been looking in the mirror and been a little unhappy with what she has been seeing. Initially she was going to start by exercising without changing her eating, but she realized that she was not going to lose weight if she exercised, instead she would gain muscle. Not that there is anything wrong with that, there is just something discouraging about wanting to lose weight and actually getting heavier because muscle weighs more than fat. So, instead she decided to change her eating for about a month and then get on an exercise plan as well.
