For me some of the best ways to lose weight…

I do not like to diet but sometimes, especially at a change of seasons, I will notice that last years pants or shorts do not fit so well anymore. It is then that I look to some of my best ways to lose weight for me. Substitution is a big weight loss booster for me. For example, I will substitute a fat free version of a food in place of the full fat version. Cheese, mayo, breads, things like that all have a fat free counterpart. They may not taste as good but by making some dietary adjustments I am usually able to shed some pounds.
