UK Family Visa will be issued free of charge and with the maximum facilities for the relevant consular authorities. But remember that the right of entry conferred by Community law to members of the family of the employee is not autonomous. In other words, the latter can benefit from it only when I accompany you. Therefore, family members of workers who are not citizens of an EU member country may not benefit from the facilities provided by the Community rules on visa if traveling alone. If you have any other relatives (brother, sister, or cousin of an EEA national), you have no automatic right of abode in the UK with the employee.
